Not even 60% voter turn out in the National Capital!
Are these the numbers to be proud of and that too in the case of the natioanl capital? Simply not.
The numbers are lesser than the previous two elections.
What could be the reasons?

by 3-4PM the polling percentage was around 35%. it really picked up to 62% in the last 2 hours.
it reached 61% by the end of the day but still disappointing
Correction...just 55% voters turn out...thats less than previous 3 elections...
